Job description

  • Leading and driving regional sales team to achieve, exceeds sales budgeted. Provide feedback to business units / teams on market trends, competitive landscape, and market pricing expectations, channel strategy & local conditions to win. Build strategy to penetrate in to market, enhance market share in all product category.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship at Senior level with Key customers, Stakeholders and other decision makers. Ensure effective marketing communication for CG Value propositions. Customer contact program, service campaign, product campaign
  • Achieve budgeted results order inputs, sales across PLs / Business units, ensuring good health of debtors, and stocks while maintaining overall cost parameters. Ensure achievement of KPIs in terms of Cost and Customer service, cash flow projections
  • Analyse market and industry trends, customers, competitors, applications to identify & realize opportunities with existing & potential customers.
  • Drive business growth in terms of value, volume and market share by introducing new marketing ideas and concepts,
